It's not my favourite Korean dish but the process of making kimchi is interesting. I love its colour because it obviously screams spicy. My Korean friends in college once took my friends and I to an authentic Korean restaurant in Makati and we ate Tteokbokki (rice cake), their level of spicy is a long way up compared to ours that my friends and I were red and ready to blow out fire from our mouths.
